It is a program consisting of four stages that aim to enable teachers to produce computerized lessons so that education becomes participatory and is not limited to the teacher only. However, its impact extends to the student, as teachers are trained in computer handling techniques and presentation skills and use the Internet as a safe, educational means through which information and events are shared. Participatory sites and groups allow the teacher and the student to access them and encourage them to interact, express opinions, and benefit from them.
