The Knowledge Transfer Program for the Financial Sustainability Cycle was launched in 8 Yemeni universities within the University Education Quality Partners Project in Yemen, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training, and with funding from the Al-Awn Foundation for Development, in which approximately 500 faculty members in the targeted universities are expected to participate.
The trainers in the Knowledge Transfer Program receive skills and knowledge about managing financial sustainability in universities within the third edition of the University Education Quality Partners Project in Yemen, which targeted 65 presidents and deputies of 7 universities (University of the Noble Qur’an and Islamic Sciences - University of Aden - University of Taiz - University of Abyan - University of Hadhramaut - Seiyun University - University of Sheba Province) and its faculties distributed in 8 Yemeni governorates.
The University Education Quality Partners Project in Yemen, which is implemented by the Jordanian Massa Consulting and International Testing Company, aims to develop the competencies and skills necessary to enhance the competitiveness of Yemeni universities among their counterparts in the Arab world and the region.
