Al-Awn Foundation for Development organized a strategic analysis workshop for the Foundation's strategic plan for the years 2024-2028.
The workshop, which was held in the city of Mukalla, was attended by stakeholders including university presidents, ministries' offices, international organizations and local authorities.
Civil society organizations and beneficiaries of the Foundation's projects.

The workshop analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges within the SWOT analysis criteria, according to seven main axes identified by the Foundation.
